Payments
We handle secure payments in collaboration with Stripe and Klarna. At the moment you can pay by Card, Bank transfer or PayPal.
Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we don't sell gift cards and don't accept gift cards as payment method.
Shipping and Deliveries
We continue to climate compensate for all our deliveries, at no additional cost to you. This means no extra cost for you as a customer, and we do it no matter which shipping method you choose. Our climate compensation is made in collaboration with PostNord, DHL and UPS.
Your order is sent with UPS, DHL and PostNord depending on the market.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes
When ordering from countries outside of EU, customs duties, import taxes and other fees may apply.
Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days for deliveries within the EU. Please note, however, that occasionally delivery may take longer and we reserve the right to take up to 10 days to complete a delivery.
We will process your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, it is not possible to make any changes in the order. This includes changing items, delivery address, delivery method, or canceling the order.
Uncollected parcels
For packages not collected from designated pickup location, a fee of 20 EUR will be charged. This covers the costs incurred in handling your order.
Transport damage
If you discover that the consignment is damaged when you collect it from your service point or when UPS deliver it, you must report this immediately to the shipper concerned. If you subsequently discover that your order is damaged, please contact us at shop@boobdesign.com. You, the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the consignment is not damaged or lost when returning it to us.
