Is Boob Design AB in bankruptcy?

No, not anymore. Boob Design AB and Imse Care were in bankruptcy from September 23 to October 23, 2024. As of October 24, 2024, the companies have new owners, Monthly of Sweden AB. The new owners do not inherit any debts from the previous owners or the bankruptcy estate, meaning that the business continues without the previous financial obligations.

 

I have made a purchase but have not received my goods. What do I have to do?

If you have ordered goods on or before the bankruptcy on September 23, 2024 but have not received the goods, we will endeavor to have your goods sent to you. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be shipped.

 

I have returned an item purchased online but have not received my money back.

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal for purchases made on or before September 23, 2024 but have not received a refund, unfortunately you will not receive a refund for the return. You can make a claim to the bankruptcy estate to get your money back. The claim will be treated as a non-priority claim. The chances of getting money back for a non-priority claim are often very limited.

 

What about pre-bankruptcy warranty matters and claims?

Pre-bankruptcy warranty matters and claims from on or before September 23, 2024 are not accepted. You can submit claims directly to the bankruptcy estate, which will treat eligible returns and claims as non-priority claims. The chances of recovering money for a non-priority claim are often very limited.
